Alix and Nick here, we’re two Midwesterners raising little boys in the mountains. We love doing all the fun activities the Yampa Valley has to offer. Ski, bike, fish, hunt, snowmobile you name it. Ask for recommendations!

We live 300 yards up the street with our boys Archer (5) and Desmond (2) and our dawg Stew (12). Together we enjoy long strolls through town, Lil Toots Park, Taco Cabo burritos, Fuzzy Wigs Candy, and hanging by the Yampa River.

We are new owners of The Disco Chalet and want to ensure you have the best stay in one of the most unique spots in the Yampa Valley. We are in the neighborhood, so let us know if there’s anything we can help with! We think you’ll love Old Town as much as we do.

Old Town is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Steamboat. We are located less than a mile from downtown and the Yampa River. Within 7 minutes, you can walk to the best restaurants, bars, playgrounds, hot springs and shops in Steamboat. An extra bonus is the FREE bus that will pick you up on Lincoln and deliver you to Ski Town Square, no hassle!
