Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a seating area that opens seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen, creating an easy and comfortable gathering space. On the left side of the entry is a versatile bedroom set up as an office with a twin daybed, perfect for additional sleeping space or a quiet place to work or read. On the right side is a bedroom with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, along with an attached ensuite bathroom, making it an excellent option for families or guests who prefer private accommodations.

The fully equipped kitchen is updated and thoughtfully appointed with modern appliances, a wine cooler, and a large island that provides additional prep space and seating. Just beyond the kitchen is the living room, a cozy and inviting space filled with natural light and featuring a comfortable couch and a large TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. Past the living room, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful and private retreat within the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Annabelle’s Cottage. A screened-in patio features an outdoor dining table, ideal for enjoying meals or morning coffee in the coastal air. The large, fully fenced backyard offers excellent privacy and includes a grill, making it perfect for cookouts, yard games, and spending time together outdoors. For beach days, guests will appreciate the provided beach chairs and boogie boards, as well as the easy beach access just a short stroll from the home.

Additional amenities include an in-house washer and dryer and a selection of games for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
