Above Aschau, in the district of Distelberg 4.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 5.5 km from the centre of Aschau, 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 1'000 m2. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kleinstummerberg Haarland" 1.7 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 12 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km. Great whole family base. The property was perfect and the owners were seemingly always available. There was for instance no washing machine and with three litte ones it was important, so the hosts did our washing for us. We will return
