Marčana 11 km from Pula: Beautiful villa "Vine", built in 2020. In the hamlet Prodol 5 km from the centre of Marčana, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 250 m, pebble beach 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
3-room villa 120 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room 50 m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und optisch ansprechend doch leider nur die billigsten Möbel und Geräte verbaut. Keine scharfen Messer, kaputte Kaffeemaschine, Klimaanlage die sehr laut rattert, Sonnenliegen war schon durchgelegen, der Garten der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist gehört nicht mehr zur Wohnung dazu, hier wurde ein Container mit Terrasse hingestellt und dieser wird auch vermietet. Der Pool war sehr groß und es war schön ruhig. Whirlpool konnte ebenfalls überzeugen.

Für Urlaub mit Kids ideal, wir haben den großen Pool täglich genutzt. Das Haus ist komfortabel, sauber und die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas an Geschirr aufgestockt werden, dass ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, 11 km von Pula entfernt. Dort kann man die schönen Strände genießen, die Altstadt , den Hafen und vieles mehr. Empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, S., die Vermieterin, war jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist neuwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet, es gibts nichts zu kritisieren, ganz im Gegenteil. Dennoch hätten wir uns Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen gewünscht, es fehlt an Schattenplätzen, ein Sonnenschirm oder ein Sonnensegel wäre ratsam. Auch das Geschirr könnte man auffüllen, es waren nur 2 Müslischalen da und auch die Pfannen sollten dringend erneuert werden.

Heerlijk rustige vakantiewoning

De woning is een heerlijk plekje waar het vooral heel rustig is. Hoewel het naar de (grotere) stad wel een stukje rijden is (20min.) heb je toch het idee best centraal te zitten. Het huis is goed verzorgd en prima schoongemaakt. Alles in huis lijkt nieuw en elk raam heeft automatische screens. Ook het automatische hek geeft een veilig gevoel. Het zwembad was wel koud afgesteld en niet zeg te regelen. Al met al een prachtige vakantie gehad op een heerlijk plekje.

Ferienhaus Vine

Im Prinzip hat uns das Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. In Bezug auf die Ausstattung fehlten ein paar Dinge die heutzutage bei diesem Preis eigentlich Standard sein sollten, wie z.B. eine Mirkowelle, Auflagen bei den Liegen oder eine Markise.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.leider haben die Hunde des Nachbarn uns den Urlaub verdorben.von 23.30 -07.00 Uhr ständig Gebelle,ein Gespräch war erfolglos,wir sind dadurch eher abgereist.
