Griffin's home is beautifully decorated and smells wonderful. The linens were clean and some of the softest I've felt. I seriously cannot get over how good the place smells. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom also! Despite the neighborhood, I would stay here again.
This is an amazing property! It is clean and decorated beautifully, with easy parking. The bathroom is my favorite room. The shower is amazing, and all of the lit mirrors make getting ready easy! We definitely want to come back!!
Property was exactly as stated. Beautiful home and still close to everything. No problems and host was very helpful when needed! Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash was all provided, aswell as, q tips and anything you may need. Highly recommended!!
This location is super convenient for anyone playing at Berliner. Literally a 5 minute drive (makes those 8am starts a little more tolerable!). 1 bathroom is a little tough for 4 women but we made it work. It’s clearly an old house with old house quirks (i.e. narrow stairs, uneven floors). That’s certainly not a reflection on the owner and I think they did a good job with renovations despite these challenges. I’d certainly stay again so long as the rest of the group is okay sharing one bathroom!
The host was very hard to get in touch with. The pictures on the app did not match what was there. It is very run down. It says air conditioning but it is 2 window units so the whole house was not air conditioned and was very warm. The office area is not usable as there is not a plug by the desk if you need to plug in your computer and it is not air conditioned so by the middle of the day, it is hot. The kitchen did not have items like dish towels or baking dishes so there was a pot to cook in but nothing else. The washer had mold in it so that was unusable as well. The backyard was overgrown so you had to walk through it to get to the back parking area during tick season in Ohio. When I arrived, there were wet clothes in the dryer. I messaged the host and he apologized. When I came back to the house later after being out at work, they were gone so someone came into the house while I was gone. I cut my stay short because the house was not what I needed for my work trip as well as no longer feeling safe after someone came in the house. I tried to work with the host and Vrbo to refund the last part of my trip and got treated rudely even though I had picture evidence showing the issues. I also have the emails from the host stating that I was lying and harassing him. I have pictures, videos and emails of every single conversation and issue. It would be a great place to stay if he would do what is needed to fix things up and communicate better with you when you are there.
