In this holiday property, we offer individually and comfortably furnished 1- to 2-room holiday apartments with living areas ranging from 40 square metres to 56 square metres, each featuring a balcony or terrace with access to the garden. All units are designed for self-catering and feature well-equipped kitchenettes. From the building’s underground car park—where a parking space is reserved for your car—you can take the lift to your respective floor. A bicycle storage room is also available in the underground car park.

The comfortable 2-room apartment at Achtern Diek 27 has a living area of 56 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. A wraparound balcony facing northeast and southeast invites you to relax and offers a view of the open landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow pleasant natural light to flood into the living and dining area. Here you’ll find a sofa that converts into a pull-out sleeper sofa, providing two additional sleeping spots. A reading chair, a wood-burning stove, a dining table, a TV, and a stereo system are also provided. The integrated kitchenette is well-equipped and allows you to prepare your own meals with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and more.
You’ll sleep in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet. An en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is included.
You can park your car in the underground garage in the apartment’s designated parking space. There is also a storage room here for any bicycles you bring along.
