Wanting some mindful time, this property allowed us to be close to all the amenities we needed whilst giving us a break from WIFI. Days were spent exploring the breathtaking scenery; evenings were spent around a fire. The interior was immaculate yet quirky .We loved it

We loved the property and the location. The accommodation is well equipped, very clean and was easy to get to in our car. There are lots of walks from the house into the woods and fields. Our dog really loved being there. The owner, Bernd, gave us helpful advice on things to do and visit in the area. We would happily have stayed for a lot longer than our 2 nights and would be very pleased to return here.

Great Property.

A peaceful property at the edge of a wood at the end of a track. Thoughtfully laid out with all the essentials required for a comfortable stay, including a plentiful supply of firewood to have an outdoor fire when the sun went down. Lots to see and do in the area and the host was always available for a chat and with a good insight into the area. Thoroughly recommend and hope to go back again sometime.

Delightful cottage in rural location

We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet of the fields and forest. This was our first visit to the Black Forest and we took the opportunity to visit some of the local towns and villages, and sample the food & hospitality. Everything went very well provided I translated for my husband (who speaks no German), The accomodation was perfect for our needs, our Dalmatian, Bella, loved it there too!

Blissful retreat

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Total privacy and just the sounds of nature to relax. We had our (very anxious) dog with us and she had the time of her life. An amazing location to make walks trough nature with a lot of rustic villages in the vicinity worth visiting. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to escape a busy city and enjoy the wonderful nature. The host was very friendly and gave us some tips about what we could do, an overall very nice experience.

Der Aufenthalt in Bernd's BackhĂ€usle war einfach nur toll! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt fĂŒr zwei Personen ( Hund) und sehr gemĂŒtlich gestaltet. Wir waren im Herbst da und haben die Ruhe und die schönen Farben der Natur um uns herum sehr genossen. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet und lĂ€dt zu entspannten Kochabenden ein. Die Unterkunft ist extrem sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit Bernd war im Vorlauf und vor Ort total herzlich. Er hat uns rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise zukommen lassen und uns viele, viele Tipps fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten in der Umgebung gegeben (die wir gar nicht alle ausprobieren konnten). Vor Ort gab es sogar noch ein GlĂ€schen hausgemachte Marmelade zur BegrĂŒĂŸung. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Das BackhĂ€usle ist noch romantischer als erwartet. Ideal, um zu entspannen und sich zu erholen. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön, die Lage toll, um von dort aus AusflĂŒge und Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Bernd ist ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Das "BackhĂ€usle" liegt wunderschön und ruhig. Ein echtes Kleinod. Zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Auch fĂŒr Vierbeiner bestens geeignet. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder.
