We are so pleased to open our property to travelers, just as we've been pleased to stay in so many lovely places. Along the way, we've been shown wonderful hospitality. We live five minutes from Dogwood Cottage and will be available during your stay, just in case you need anything. Central Illinois is a long way from my childhood home in Tennessee. Our goal in hosting is to make it seem as if they are one in the same.

Why they chose this property

Every traveler has their preferences. While lots of folks love the convenience and uniformity of staying in a hotel, there are those of us who love the way it feels to stay in a home. Giving you the ability to brew a pot of coffee and cook your own breakfast. Check emails from the couch or pull a board game off the shelf and engage the kids.These things happen so much more comfortably in a home than a hotel. Stay in a place where you can relax. Stay in Southern Comfort.
