Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Heringsdorf und Umgebung mit UBB sehr gut erreichbar. Wir konnten den Kids jeden Tag etwas neues Zeigen. Agenturmitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Schaden im Bad wurde sofort behoben. Da wir mit dem Flixbus angereist sind, waren wir Zeitig vor Ort und sehr erfreut, sofort die Ferienwohnung beziehen zu können. Den Abreisetag konnten wir Dank der Aufbewahrung unserer 6 Koffer in der Agentur in vollen Zügen genießen. Taxibestellung hat hervorragend geklappt. Eine Hinweis in der Infomappe wäre hilfreich (für Gäste ohne Auto), wo genau sich der kleine Frischemarkt zum Einkauf befindet. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ellen Pö. Berlin
