I can’t recommend this place enough. The hosts were amazing, the place was exceptionally clean, it’s within walking distance to the beach, and it was very affordable. It’s a little on the smaller side. If you have more than 6 people, it may be a little tight but you’d all still be able fit. 10/10 would stay here again

Great spot for a family beach vacay without the “on the beach” price. The walk to the beach is about five mins, and the beach access cut-through sees very little traffic. The private patio and outdoor (heated) shower are fantastic for cleanup when you return. The host stocked enough basics like trash bags, washing pods, paper towels to get you started, and the outdoor laundry room was also stocked with beach toys, chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The full bath with walk in shower downstairs right off the front door was nice to have.

This was a last minute rental for spring break [we literally booked the day before.] It was fantastic. My wife, who normally spends the 1st hour or so of our trip cleaning the place we are staying, did NOT find it necessary to clean anything. The place was exactly as advertised, with plenty of amenities. The hosts went above and beyond with a very well stocked property and immediate response to the 1-2 minor issues that came up. There is no pool, but that was my mistake stemming from a flash review of an aerial photograph on google [The pool belonged to the next door property and who needed it anyway when the beach is so close.] Our puppy loved it too. Book it, you won't regret it.

Great spot for us and our dog. It has a private yard complete with fencing and easy access to the parking 3 spots. Check in was very easy and they sent us all our information in advance and the property manager was very responsive to any requests. The front part of the garage has a washer/dryer with fully stocked items needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas , beach towels and toys. They had a welcome notebook with information on restaurants and other things of interest. It was fully stocked with coffee k-cups, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry pods to get us started for our stay.They do ask that guests keep pets off the furniture and ensure they are crated when left alone to prevent any damage. And to be courteous and pick up any dog poo from the yard. They provided poo baggie's and they are handy at most areas around town.The dog beach is about a mile from the residence.There is an outdoor shower and faucet that can be used to wash off the sand from the beach and a good place to wash your pet each day. The beach is a short walk away. (sorry no pets in this one) I would recommend bringing or renting a beach friendly wagon. It makes moving items to the beach much easier. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of everything we needed for a great stay.My only notes are the outside deck fan was not working during our visit and the freezer needs to be defrosted.We really enjoyed our stay and will come back.
