I am a Floridian who grew up in Jupiter, Florida and wandered down to Islamorada for 13 years in my mid 20’s. I have never lived far from the water. A few minutes at most and that’s why I love gulf breeze. Boating, being on the beach and enjoying the outdoors is what I love most.
Why they chose this property
I love Gulf Breeze Proper. It’s a hidden gem that many don’t know about. It offers the best lifestyle in this area, hands down (I say humbly). Everything is here, nice boat ramps, a community beach, fishing pier, a splash pad and playground for kids, nature trails. All of this less than a half mile from my rental. And it’s positioned right in the middle of the famous Pensacola Beach and downtown.
What makes this property unique
My property offers one of the best lots in the area. In addition to the close proximity to the neighborhood amenities, there is plenty of room to park your boat, golf cart and cars. There is a nice seating area out front with a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. The golf cart path and separate running/walking path are right in front of the house. The home was completely gutted and remodeling in 2022 and offers a split plan with two rooms and a bathroom on each side. Paddle boards on site and fishing poles to enjoy at the park. This is a unique experience that will surely make anyone that stays here want to stay here a lifetime.
