A beautiful home that offers a spectacular water view. Residing on a barrier island of sugar white sands, Navarre Beach is 'Florida's Most Relaxing Place' and your perfect destination. Our house is located directly between the Gulf of Mexico and the Navarre Sound with just a minutes’ walk to each beach. We are sure you will LOVE staying in our home with its unique bonuses and will be back for years to come.

Upon arrival you are welcomed by an inviting spacious covered front porch that spans the entire length of the home and is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful water view and summer sunsets.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated, this 3br/2ba family vacation home offers a large living space that includes a dining room, fully stocked kitchen with a large bar, and an area with a game table perfect for card playing, board games or another dining option.

The open family room has a queen size sleeper sofa, one sofa, one love seat, one swivel recliner, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Our home sleeps up to 8 (or 10 with blow up mattresses that is included). The master bedroom has a king size bed, french doors to the large back deck with sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and en suite bath with double sinks, oversized walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and has french doors to an uncovered portion of the large back deck, perfect for sunning. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and space for a queen size blow up mattress (if needed). All bedrooms have smart TVs.

Wedding Weekend House

My husband and I rented the house to be close to where our wedding was being held on the beach and to eliminate having to drive back and forth from our house in Pensacola all weekend but it turned into the most amazing and relaxing weekend staying on the beach! The view of the sound side is beautiful and the house is amazingly decorated and feels so beachy. We loved it!

Spring break with our grown kids

We had a great vacation with our grown children for spring break. We were so thankful to bring our pets with us. They are family. We rented a golf cart from the neighbors which is called Sage. Wonderful experience. The location is great. Beautiful bay views and just a block to the beach! We really appreciated having some things stocked. Condiments, seasoning etc. it really saves from extra hassle. Loved the hangout area and the swing. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

This house is an exceptional find for a family vacation. Miss that sounds view from the front already! So many gadgets, pots, pans, bowls, spices, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc already there! Beautiful home, great location

Our family of 5 (4 adults, one 11 year old) plus our 14 year old fur baby had a great time at this house. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the extra amenities really made the stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed the golf cart and ping pong table the most. Sometimes when we stay at pet friendly rentals, it’s very evident that multiple animals have been there. It was not the case here! Very clean and organized. The decor is adorable and communication with Ashley was smooth and clear. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

This experience was out of this world. I am 27 years old and recently lost my father. My family and I decided to get away from home and just spend some quality time together. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! This home exceeded our expectations. From the wonderful greeting, the immaculate house, to every item you could think of needing it was perfect! I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START, THIS HOUSE WAS A TEN FROM THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN. THE OWNERS PUT SUCH DETAIL INTO EVERYTHING IN THE HOME. IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED . THE GOLF CART IS AN ADDED BONUS ,THE DECK SPACE ,THE VIEWS FROM FRONT AND BACK ON THE HOUSE, AMAZING. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, GREAT LOCATION , A STEP AWAY FROM THE BEACH. WE HAD A GRADUATION LUNCH THERE FOR MY GOD DAUGHTER AND HAD WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. THEY HAVE IT ALL, TONS OF SEATING, LARGE DRIVEWAY, PING PONG TABLE FOR KIDS. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. I would rate this house 4 stars. Navarre is a great family beach. This house has everything you need for a great stay. Met the owner and he was great. Very friendly and sincere in his desire to share his home and make your stay pleasant. Great AC. Adequate parking, but steep dropoff on one side. Only 1 key and no keypad access. Refrigerator is side by side, so had to pull forward to fully access the inside for large items. Inside steps were steep and outside steps needed cleaning. Lights in underneath picnic area were only partially working. I would rate the representative 0 or 1 star. She was very snippy and difficult to deal with. She imposed lots of common sense "rules" that were "strictly" enforced and delivered in a short and insulting way. Didn't need to be delivered at all, as I has no intention of misusing or harming the house. As an example, I checked immediately before my arrival to see if there were renters immediately after my stay. Finding none, I asked for a later checkout (1 hour), but she would not accommodate and was insulting in her response. I wish she could have been a little nicer, as I might have felt more sympathy when the mice (plural) and insects invaded. These things happen, and they promptly sent an exterminator, who was thorough and friendly. I am sure they are gone, now, but did not receive an apology from the representative and the "signs" should have been discovered during regular cleanup and maintenance. I received several "warning" reminders, each with a threat regarding my security deposit, prior to my arrival. I did receive my full security deposit (which frankly was surprising after her attitude), but there was no reason to not give it back. I had washed and folded all the linens and of course no damage was done, so only a cursory cleaning should have been required from our stay. Hopefully, a full cleanup from the mice was performed. I would stay there again, but if I owned the property, I would find a new representative or counsel the current one to be a little nicer. Maybe have a starting point of the customer is SOMETIMES right and customers might not be coming to the beach just to make your life difficult.

Thank you so much for your review. We rely on our guests to inform us of any improvements we can make for our future guests. We are happy to hear that you loved our home, enjoyed your stay, had a wonderful wedding, and will return. Thank you for your compliment of Dad (the owner). We think he is a pretty cool guy too. :) We are in the process of getting a new keypad for the front door. The strands of lights that partially worked were put up for a previous wedding and we decided to let them stay. However, since they are not working properly now, we will remove them. Regarding your comments about the representative (me), I am very grateful that all of our communication is in writing. I as able to go back and review all messages and allow feedback from Dad. Unfortunately, we were unable to see where you thought I was snippy. I sincerely apologize you felt that way. I wish you would have mentioned your feelings in any of our communication or to my Dad when he was there. Our standard welcome letter may read as 'strict'. Our intent is to inform guests (who may have not read through the rental agreement) of our policies. We never want to end a stay with keeping any of a guest's damage deposit, so we do all we can to avoid it. We will review the letter with fresh eyes. We were mortified about the beach mouse. Obviously we take that seriously since we had an exterminator there ASAP. I am sorry you had to deal with that and are grateful for your level of understanding. We informed the next guest of your sighting and are pleased to report no sightings or evidence of a beach mouse or mice since. At no point did you make my life difficult. I was happy to accommodate all of your requests that were in my control, including the early (an unprecedented 4 hour early) check in. I could not accommodate your late check out and explained it was because of the tight cleaning schedule on Mother's Day. I am confused by your negative review when in your own words, "I would stay there again." I look forward to your next reservation request and will be happy to apply our 'returning guest' discount.

Most Amazing place ever

This place was amazing My wife and I got married on Pensacola Beach and this location was only 15 minutes from the wedding location. The views and location was amazing. Had everything to include games and even bikes. The owner was very helpful and I recommend this play for anyone to stay. We had dinner guess after our wedding and everyone loved this place. Navarre

Navarre is a place with white sands with a deep sea and very intense waves which is not a good place for children, there is no attraction for children you must go to Destin or Pensacola that are nearby, this makes my trip not meet the expectations as a family, if you are looking for a place to enter the deep sea waters, walk on the white sands, breathe fresh air there is ideal, the property is spacious and has all the conditions, it is not on the seafront you must walk or use the golf cart to get to the beach, the attention of the management is excellent prompt response to your concerns.

Rays of Serenity

We absolutely loved our stay at Rays of Sunshine! This was our first trip to the Florida Panhandle and this is exactly the trip we were hoping for. The white-sand beaches were amazing - there was a mix of calmer conditions (green flag) and more wavier conditions (yellow flag) while we were there, which was great because we enjoyed boogie boarding with the kids on the wavier days. We were super close to both beaches and could easier walk there - the golf cart was great, though, mostly for hauling our stuff to the beach. The property was awesome - I love the bright colors and everything was clean and perfect. Ashley was very responsive and gave us great tips. We stayed with our large family (7 kids ranging from 4yo to 17yo) and EVERYONE had a great time. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Navarre Delight

Our accommodations at Rays of Sunshine were just what we needed with bonus perks! The layout provided privacy for the two families with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The open design of the living and dining rooms along with the kitchen allowed us all to be together much of the time we were in the house. We used the beach items and were delighted that the beach was just a short walk. We loved the porches for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing with books, and watching the beautiful sunsets. This spot is worthy of a return visit!
