Welcome to our private pool home with lake views and mountain views relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunset or enjoy the game room with full size pool table and poker table. This 4 bedroom home was remodeled in 2025 and has all the amenities you need it is fully furnished with kitchenware, 3 king beds, bunk bed, wifi, flat screens, great location only 3 - 4 miles from 3 launch ramps parking available for all your trucks, boats, cars, can use driveway and gravel area for parking.

The space
Welcome to this beautiful vacation rental recently remodeled in 2025. This private 4 bedroom home has a swimming pool and game room with full size pool table and poker table. Master bedroom has king bed and master bathroom has a dual marble vanity with a marble tiled shower. The other two guest rooms both have king size beds and the 4the bedroom has a bunk bed with queen and twin on top. Guest bathroom has a marble vanity and a marble tiled shower. Recent upgrades include new wood plank tile floors, sparkling white quartz countertops, new paint, new baseboards, new kitchen sink. House is very clean everything is like new and has all the amenities you need including, Wifi, Netflix, Fire TV, Kitchenware, Toiletries, Clean Towels, Comfortable Clean Beds, all will be provided. There is plenty of room for parking all your trucks trailers and vehicles feel free to use the driveway or the gravel area for parking. There is plenty of room here at our vacation rental and plenty things to do with your friends and family here in Lake Havasu city you will never find yourself having nothing less than a great time. Feel free to book your dates and if you have any questions please just ask. Home is in great location and is only 3 - 4 miles from three different launch ramps. Home is also only 3 miles from the grocery stores, Restraunts, Bars, Main Street, The London Bridge, and the Village area.
