This house was fun, with plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have access to the garage and the beds were comfy. A little further from the lake than we anticipated but it worked out.

I loved the open feel to the house, the hard floors made for a cool experience in the AZ heat and a very clean feel.The house was very clean and stocked with essentials! From beginning to end Havasu Retreat was exactly that, a quiet and comfortable place to relax and restore. All the comforts of home great you with a bright, clean and comfortable environment. It’s just right distance from the main thoroughfare and close to so many cool places to enjoy. From hiking in beautiful natural environments to a really cool downtown experience. AND hosts are top notch if you have any questions. I highly recommend Havasu Retreat.

Check-in easy. Clean inside. Pool not so clean, but probably due to age. Kitchen drawers could use safety stops, as drawers can fall on feet if pulled out more than halfway. Bathrooms very clean. Thank you.

Great house

This house was great. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the covered back patio is tile and it’s so slippery because of the pool. Ours kids slipped a couple of times. Laid out some towels which helped a lot. But we all had fun. Space was perfect.

Home away from home

This house was definitely a welcome retreat after a long drive. It was very comfortable in every aspect, clean, and accommodating and we loved the layout with three doors to the backyard. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the garage. Check in and check out procedures were simple, not a big list of things to do and worry about. The house is just a short drive to grocery store and 3 dog parks, our must haves. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Despite the big pool, the backyard was big enough for our two mini-Aussies to run around.

Birthday Vacay

There were a few minor issues I brought to the homeowner's attention but he responded and took care of them quickly. Also, the central air for some reason didn't cool the master bedroom as well as the rest of the house so made it difficult to sleep but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is also close to the river and bars.

Nice house and very clean . Only issue is that if you close the bedroom doors the bedrooms won’t cool down. You need to leave the doors open to cool them

House was in good condition and amenities were good. Pool was not clean but we didn't use it anyway because it wasn't heated. Not a big deal.The freezer in the fridge may have an issue as there was water in the bottom of the drawer that didn't ever seem to freeze and items in it didn't stay completely frozen.
