This guest suite offers nearly 1,000 sq. ft. of carpeted space featuring a full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and a spacious sleeping area that can be discreetly divided by a heavy curtain. You’ll rest well on a premium queen bed, with tatami mats providing additional versatility for seating or bedding.

Gather around the eight-seat dining table for meals or conversation, and enjoy the convenience of a well equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, for easy dining and light refreshments.

Stay connected with fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the space. (Please note: cell signal can be spotty in the area; we recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling)

The guest suite is situated on the ground level of a gated residence and features a spacious patio overlooking the serene backyard. Enjoy a private, comfortable stay in an elegant and peaceful setting. For your convenience, a gate opener is provided, allowing you to enter and exit the property at your leisure.

The guest suite features a comfortable queen bed. For additional occupants, Japanese tatami mats can be arranged to create individual sleeping spaces. Each tatami setup includes a comfortable foam topper, pillow, sheet set, and comforter.

Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees.

Mike was in touch and helpful from first to last. He was outside when we arrived so we were greeted warmly and shown exactly where to access the private external entrance. The entire space was well taken care of and larger than the photos showed with lots of daylight, providing an extra level of comfort we did not anticipate. It's the type of place you could just hang out in for a few days if all you wanted to do is read, relax, spend time together, work remotely or enjoy the yard. The location is just a bit northwest of Princeton proper in a nice pastoral setting about an 8 to 10 minute drive to Palmer Square. When things are busy in Princeton it's a lot easier driving in from this direction. The coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge/freezer were sufficient for our needs.

Exquisitely decorated and very spacious guest suite, located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within minutes of Princeton. Adequate parking space at a gated home. No laundry facilities and no cooking options available, other then a microwave and a toaster. Host greeted and assisted us to our accommodations when we arrived. Communication was adequate. Beautiful 5 acre setting.
