Just outside Rothenburg ob der Tauber, we offer you this wonderful ground-floor vacation rental with a Scandinavian-inspired design and a gorgeous outdoor seating area. Light colors and wood make “Maiere’s Schaiere” a cozy retreat. The small, fenced-in garden features wonderful seating areas, some of which are shaded by a sun sail. These make the garden a frequently used, homey outdoor living space for guests. This idyllic half-timbered home is located on the first floor of a renovated barn dating back to 1943.
New: a stunning electric fireplace—enjoy the flickering flames! Gammesfeld is a village situated on the high plateau of the Hohenlohe Plain, approximately 12 km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It has about 500 residents. The town gained national recognition through the documentary film *Schotter wie Heu*, which featured the Raiffeisenbank Gammesfeld, one of Germany’s smallest banks.
The town still has a bakery and a small Edeka supermarket.

A one-time fee of 35€ applies for each dog traveling with you. One dog is permitted in this house. Please specify the number of dogs when making your reservation.
The vacation rental may only be occupied by the previously agreed-upon number of people (including babies and toddlers). If additional people are staying in the vacation home during the day, this must be coordinated with the agency. The minimum rental period for all guests is always 3 nights. The minimum rental period also applies to guests who are only staying in the property temporarily. A reduction in the number of guests after the contract has been concluded will not result in a change to the rental price.

Access to the vacation home is via a key safe. The PIN will be sent to you by email 3 days before your arrival. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Please check out by 10:00 AM. Depending on booking availability, you are welcome to request a late check-out. Use of the property as a party venue is not permitted. To maintain good neighborly relations, quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Pets:
may only be brought along in consultation with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number specified in advance. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed on the bed, the sofa, or the armchair. Dog waste in the garden and around the vacation rental must be picked up. We ask that you vacuum the property before your departure to remove any pet hair (leave it swept clean).
For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the vacation rental’s electrical supply. The system is not designed for this purpose, and doing so could result in a fire.
We charge a €20 processing fee for any subsequent contract changes.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of €500 for rentals to commercial customers. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days upon departure, provided there are no complaints. If you intend to use the house for commercial purposes, you must inform us of this.
