Centrally yet quietly located, about 8 minutes’ walk from the harbor, bus and train stations, tourist office, a small supermarket, restaurants, and the free natural beach, you will find Residence Bodenseeperle with the inviting "Mainau" apartment on the first floor.



The comfortably furnished apartment features a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, and fridge with large freezer, a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, plus a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a sleeper chair. The modern bathroom offers a large vanity with mirror, toilet, and a generous walk-in shower with rain showerhead. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV.



Board games and books are available for everyone. A crib and high chair are provided free of charge.



Two covered balconies with partial lake views, seating, and a sunshade are also available.
