Our house is situated in a beautiful scenic location at 950 m
above sea level, surrounded by meadows and forest.

It was built in the Carinthian style, primarily using wood, according to
the principles of building biology. The
holiday apartments are comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture made by a local carpenter
and feature wood and tile floors, making them suitable even for people with allergies.

The village of Afritz is 3 km away,
where you’ll find traditional restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery, a supermarket,
a petrol station, a bank, doctors, etc.
