Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday in our wonderful “Holiday Home in the Dunes 282”!



The house is located directly behind the dunes, just under 150 m from one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. Here you’ll find a wonderful setting of forest, dunes, beach, and sea.



Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of 150 euros is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent (200 euros for New Year’s Eve).

Costs for electricity (€0.35/kWh) and water (€7.14/m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due prior to arrival.

One pet may be accommodated for an additional fee. A maximum of one small dog (weighing less than 10 kg) is permitted.

A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.



The house has approximately 85 m² of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is furnished with an eye for detail and features a welcoming living area equipped with a fireplace and a cosy sofa nook.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and much more. The open dining area is directly adjacent to it. The spacious bathroom on the ground floor invites you to relax with a sauna, a walk-in shower, and a small bathtub.



One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Thanks to its Nordic-style decor, you can spend relaxing evenings here in a particularly cosy atmosphere.



A staircase leads up to the light-filled loft, which offers a wonderful seating area with a view. Next to the loft, the upper floor features two additional bedrooms as well as a children’s bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower (height at the lowest point of the sloped ceiling: 1.60 m). In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with a chest of drawers. The third bedroom on the upper floor is also furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a closet. We’ve got you covered for entertainment: Wi-Fi and two TVs—one on the loft and one in the living room—are available, as well as—for a less digital experience—board games for relaxing evenings.



You can wind down your holiday evenings together on the terrace in front of the holiday home. In winter, our “Holiday Home in the Dunes” offers you the highest level of comfort, as in addition to its cosy furnishings, the house features electric floor heating in the living areas on the ground floor. In front of the house, there’s a bike rack anchored to the ground where you can lock up your bikes.



A baby cot (for children up to 3 years old, without a mattress or bedding), as well as a high chair and child safety covers for the electrical sockets, are also included.



Barbecuing with an open flame is not permitted in the beach park. Risk of forest fire!
