Welcome to our beach house in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort Baabe auf Rügen! Our 70 m² single-storey house in the Swedish style (non-smoker, 2 to 6 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed) is very close to the beach, directly in the dune forest of Baabe. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with lots of light natural wood and at the same time modern, comfortable and fully equipped. We also have the modern comfort kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, cleaning utensils and more as well as the comfort of a floor heating system a DVD player with radio. A cozy large living area and fireplace with viewing window completes our facility. And so you can enjoy your holiday with us completely relaxed, all costs for electricity, water and heating as well as the WLAN are included in the price! The house has a total of three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x boxspring beds each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe and provide enough space for 1 additional travel cot (included). The third bedroom has two boxspring beds (each 0.80 mx 2.00 m) - which can also be assembled and wardrobe The ground floor and first floor have a daylight bathroom with a large mirror, WC, shower and hairdryer. The living / dining area is followed by the covered terrace (south / east) with table, chairs and barbecue. From there you look directly to the dune, behind which the white sandy beach follows. A wash house with washing machine and dryer is available for your use (for a fee). A private parking space belongs to the stand house. Do you have a pet that you want to bring? This is possible for a surcharge. If you are on the spot, we have additional offers for you (for a fee) directly in the Dünenpark. For example, For example in the sauna in our wellness area in the basement of our backshop relax. In our own bakery you will receive daily fresh in the season: rolls, groceries, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter). The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. Our beach houses are located in a green forest idyll in the Baaber Dünenpark directly on Baabe's fine sand beach. From your doorstep you walk only a few meters directly across the dunes to the beach. We offer you on the beach a dream holiday in a comfortable and comfortable equipped beach house with 70 m² of living space (up to 6 persons), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, (floor) heating and sauna in the nearby wellness area on request provide also in the winter for Wohlbehagen. All shops for the daily needs as well as various shopping possibilities are within a radius of approx. 1,5 km. In the season, Baabes supermarkets are also open on Sundays. In the tourist tax is the use of our "Lüttbahn" (stops nearby), with which you can drive free within Baabe. The nature around our beach houses invites you to walks and bike tours. By bicycle, the car and partly with our nostalgic "Rasenden Roland" you can reach Rügen's sights, B. Cape Arkona, the chalk cliffs, the royal chair, the hunting lock Granitz.
