Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.

ChampionsGate Resort is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure. You have full access to The Oasis Club, a state-of-the-art exclusive clubhouse, full of luxurious amenities!



The resort has a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone and an 850-foot lazy river and wave pool. There is also a movie theatre, fitness centre, dance/exercise studio, children’s day club, internet room, gaming arcade, shop, beach volleyball court and a poolside tiki bar.



The resort-style pool offers a water slide for the kids and a relaxing lazy river for everyone to enjoy! If you have a passion for golf, the resort has a public 18-hole golf course with a driving range and putting green. Sports fanatics can also enjoy the volleyball and tennis courts on-site. ChampionsGate Resort is located in a large area to the south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee and is just perfect as a ideal location for a base when visiting the Orlando Area. The Orlando area Attraction and Theme Parks, including Disney World Resort and Lake Buena Vista, are all within easy driving distance. On the fringe of the resort community you will find that Shops, Restaurants, Fast Food Outlets, Golf Courses and leisure amenities are plentiful. They includes a Publix grocery supermarket, Walgreen’s, banks and petrol stations.

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate: Considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in all of Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!

Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the Pool and Hot tub. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. If the guest has paid for hot tub heating, please turn on the spa power switch located outside in the pool area. It may take up to an hour for the water to reach the desired temperature, depending on the initial water temperature and weather conditions.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
