Nestled in West Arvada, this charming Cape Cod-style home offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring two king beds and one queen bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. The two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Guests can enjoy the lovely living room, which includes a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping options, a chef’s kitchen, a game room, an office, a workout space, and modern comforts. We are also pet friendly with pet amenities on site. Perfect for families or groups, minutes from Olde Town, trails, and Denver attractions. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Please note this is a full house property with its own access, fully fenced yard, and address, however, it does sit on top of a garden level apartment that has a separate address, driveway, yard, and access.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Check-out: 10 am. Please gather all trash and place it in the City of Arvada outdoor bins. Please roll to the curb by Tuesday night for pick up on Wednesdays if applicable.
Please gather all towels and place them in the laundry area. Please return any games and equipment to where you found them and gather any dishes in the dishwasher.
If you brought a pet, please pick up poo and dispose of it in the Trashcan — bags are provided. Double-check for all belongings!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check-in and Late check-out approval must be communicated in writing, subject to availability
Guests may not park in the rear driveway or access the basement apartment due to tenant. No pets on furniture or subject to additional cleaning fees
420 friendly OUTSIDE ONLY -- please note any smoking of any kind inside may result in a minimum $250 fine to cover the cost of mitigation.
