Great location for Gainbridge Arena. Two nice bedrooms and a bathroom and a half make this property very cozy. The Dugout, one of Indiana’s favorite dive bars is a two minute walk. Dedicated parking spot in the alley right behind the house. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

It was an adorable house and very clean. The hoat left out coffee and snacks plus had a cute sign and even a booklet of the information about them and places to visit.
