This property is NOT river front as Vrbo AI may be advertising! The river is however, directly across the street. Access: aprox 30-50', across street, at the end of fence and at the old bridge, offering access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair, side porch is facing the back side of Betty's store and a pretty, grass field. The front parking area of this bungalow offers some views of the river. *Our other two Bunhalows offer some views of river from front porches.

Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & Blue River tubing during those warm, summer days and don't forget the zip lines & rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone. This is the cutest bungalow! It has been totally renovated and is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and it's very clean. We brought our dog and it was perfect with hardwood floors throughout. The location is perfect for walking to town and quiet. We love our stay. Don't hesitate to book this adorable place!

The bungalow was darling! Everything was brand new! All you need to take is your clothes! Great location & walking distance to restaurants & shops! The big side porch was so relaxing! The owner, Cindy, was a delight to work with.

The host (Cindy) is fabulous. She treated us as if we were family. The bungalow is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Both my husband and I felt we could live there full-time. The location is great. Within walking distance of downtown Helen and a block from the general store. We are already planning our next visit.
