The place was fine and good access to beach. We were under the assumption we could rent umbrellas or anything, but there’s nobody here to talk to do that.

The condo was very clean and all the appliances were new some still had the tags/protective film on them. Check in was simple only thing that I didn’t like was the balcony needed some love

Terrible, wouldn’t book here ever again. Owner double booked this place so we went into the room where other people were sleeping at 10:00 at night, then to be left stranded no where to go with our family. Terrible communication from owner who basically told us oh well go find a hotel. DO NOT RENT FROM Kara Kottman Percy ever!!

Guest was fully refunded, and found another accommodation through VRBO. That is why they used VRBO platform to book . They worked it out with VRBO . property is amazing , beach front, good bargin - guest was upset to have to relocate even after being fully refunded and left me a 1 star review when she didin't even stay at the property - is what it is - people these days are nuts.

First thing we noticed as we walked in was the lingering smell of cigarettes. It smelled like previous guests smoked on balcony with the doors open. It was so bad we had to go to Walmart to get a bottle of air freshener. We did however notice that it appeared owner's were in the processes of updating property. New appliances and cabinets in kitchen area. Housekeeping could have been a little better. As soon as we got in, we noticed sand all over the floor. Now, I know this is the beach and that happens very easily. But it did not appear floors were swept after they left guests left. There was also a dirty wash rag, still hanging in the shower. One of the biggest downfalls of this unit, there was sitting on the balcony almost all you can see is palm tree branches.

We understand that the building is older & the host is working on renovations. That doesn’t bother us bc it was clean & comfortable. The location & view are 5star!!
