Good value for the price. The host does a great job communicating with you. It’s a good location and with gas station and restaurants within short driving distance.

Property was not advertised as being located in a Mobile Home/ RV park. Mobile home was very old, found a live bug in the bed, and dead ones around the home. The shower pressure in the master bedroom was terrible. There was a water leak and soft spot under the bathtub in the smaller bathroom, the furniture was old and had questionable stains on the chairs. There was a part of the roof outside the small bathroom that looked to be mold and needed repaired. This is the worst property I have ever stayed in. The host was responsive on day 1 when our concerns were the location and safety but once we uncovered the other issues and texted him, he didn’t respond until a message was sent with check out instructions. This property was not expensive at all but the minimal price should not reflect the cleanliness of the property. I have pics of the issues I have mentioned.

This booking was a nightmare! The house was clean from first sight, but then we started looking around and there were roaches everywhere. Live ones, dead ones, even on a sticky trap on the KITCHEN COUNTER! I tried contacting the host on Friday night, but I didn't have any service to reach out. When I looked at the Wi-Fi box to find a password, there was roaches crawling around inside of it! We had to wind up finding a hotel room in Athens because we just couldn't stay at this house. Additionally, I asked about a coffee maker and the host stated that they would place a Keurig at the location, and that was not done before we arrived. There was only 2 towels in the whole house! Once I reached out to the host, they stated that because I didn't contact them on Friday night that we couldn't get a refund of any sort. I wound up contacting the VRBO Support, which also tried to reach out to the host and they didn't respond. Trust me, if you are looking for somewhere clean to stay...do NOT rent this house! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a host!
