Studio barn near the Albemarle Sound (visible). With one bedroom, one sleeping couch, one bathroom / shower, two TVs, kitchen and fridge, range and oven, microwave, washer/dryer set. Little porch with two rocking chairs, a table and four chairs. The property has two entries (marked with little American flags!) for a boat or trailer to pull through in the front yard. It's located only 45 minutes from the Outer Banks.
