About the House A path about 30 metres long leads up the hillside to the house, where you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful, sweeping view of the Kaiser Mountains and the Inn Valley. A fenced-in garden area and a southeast-facing terrace with a large gas grill invite you to spend your days and evenings outdoors. Inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area, and a cosy, spacious living space with a glass-fronted wood-burning stove. Free Wi-Fi, combined with a Fire TV Stick, lets you effortlessly enjoy your favourite TV shows even while on holiday. For karaoke fans, a PS3 with various SingStar games and microphones is also available. The windows are very well soundproofed, so there’s no need to worry. ;) An open staircase leads to the upper floor. The first bedroom features a large king-size bed with a full-length memory foam topper and a light alarm clock with radio function. Blackout curtains are installed in all bedrooms. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed with a topper and exposed ceiling beams—simply cosy. A radio alarm clock is also available here. The third bedroom has two 90x200 beds with toppers, which can be used separately or joined together to form one large bed. Or you can use it as a sofa or daybed if there are 2–4 of you. There’s also a hanging chair with a mountain view and a desk. From here, you can also step out onto our scenic balcony, where you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and the mountains. There’s also space for exercise in this room, so it’s convenient that, if you’re interested, you can book private yoga lessons with us right here in the house. Bathroom facilities are available on both floors: on the ground floor, there’s a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, and on the upper floor, there’s a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate toilet. There’s also a lockable room for storing skis or bicycles, which you’re welcome to use. The holiday home was built around 1920, underwent a complete renovation in 2011, and was refurbished and refurnished in 2020. Thanks to the lockdown period in 2021, we were able to add some recent upgrades, such as an extension to the terrace, a newly paved path leading up to the house, and a newly created viewing platform for the hunting blind. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre, shopping, and the INNsola water park.
