The fully equipped Sankt Johann I holiday apartment is located in the historic old town of Konstanz, boasting an excellent location in the city's oldest district, Niederburg, and individually designed interiors with attention to detail. The accommodation is in a listed building from 1275, fully renovated in 2020.



The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates 2 guests.



You can use the courtyard to store bicycles or relax on the shared open terrace with barbecue.



A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is nearby (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk).



Popular destinations include the Bodensee-Therme (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can unwind in pools and saunas.



Konstanz main train station is 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot). The Schottenplatz bus stop is about 100 m away. Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage in Konstanz ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entspannt, sehr flexibles Ein- und Auschecken. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Rauchmelder im Keller piepte) kam Abends extra noch der Vermieter, um das Piepen zu beheben, top! Cons: Wenn man irgendwas anmerken will, dann vielleicht, dass das WLAn eher langsam ist, was für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellte.
