The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg holiday home is located on a large property in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers space for 9 individually designed holiday apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play corner, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialize.If you’d rather get active, feel free to use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training.

To ensure that even a chilly day on the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Our Baltic Sea holiday apartment "Strandkorb" for four people is located on the ground floor of the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg.

The apartment will be renovated and expanded during the winter of 23/24 and will then have 2 bathrooms.

You enter the apartment through the kitchen via your large terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun first thing in the morning. A small, private garden is accessible from the terrace. There you’ll find your very own beach chair!

The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) with a dining area opens onto the living room with a sitting area (pull-out double sofa bed, TV). Adjacent to this are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and TVs. The larger bedroom also has a small sitting area if you’d like to retreat for some privacy.

You can park your car safely and securely in the underground parking space belonging to the apartment on the neighbouring property.
