Under optimal conditions renovated and new !!!fully equipped with utensils, microwave, stove fridge air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room and another room
In the best point of pitangueiras has restaurants around and a supermarket a few meters of the building
It has a little square almost opposite, near the mountain q is the calm and airy place

Péssima comunicação e falta de receptividade.

A proprietária não se disponibilizou e nem disponibilizou ninguém para fazer a vistoria de entrada e de saída do imóvel, o que dificultou consensualizar a verificação dos itens. Nao foi receptiva as solicitações e respondeu de forma grosseira e caluniosa nos contatos realizados. Não têm vaga de garagem. Faltou água durante estadia devido vazamentos no prédio, que estava em reforma.

Avaliação #17718401 “Belo e amplo apartamento 3 Quartos à 100 metros da Praia!!” ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Aluguei o apartamento dia 21 e 22 de abril de 2017, o apartamento não fecha as portas do banheiro e nem dos quartos,sem total privacidade para usá-los, os moveis são antigos e cheira mofo, as camas das beliches os colchões são duros de de tao velhos (se aquilo pode ser chamado de colchões),não tem garagem para os carros, fora que não tinha gás e tive que comprar com meu dinheiro a pedido da dona Elianne que afirmo que iria pagar e até agora só me enrolou,ao fechar a estadia ela ótima agora cumprir com suas palavras é péssima pensem bem antes de alugar.
