Close to the banks of the Moselle, approx. 5 min. walking distance, close to the city center, approx. 15 min. walking distance to the ancient town-center (Altstadt).
The large apartment is newly renovated, has an optimal floor plan, a balcony to the quiet garden.
Connected to the Apartment Center Koblenz with access through the garden and courtyard with day reception and sauna and laundry / dryer center (coin-operated machines).
1 large kitchen with loggia, , 1 modern bathroom with a level shower, a large bedroom with a very comfortable box spring bed, a living room with TV, a second bedroom with a desk. Living room and small bedroom facing the street with single glazing and shutters, kitchen and large bedroom facing the garden.
WLan is provided free.

Er wordt niet vermeld dat je VIER hoog zit . ZONDER LIFT wij vonden dat dit wel even vermeld had moeten worden, het was en hele klim elke keer als je weer naar appartement ging .

Ferienwohnungen-Erfahrungen für die Zukunft

1. nie mehr buchen bei einer Agentur, die man nicht telefonisch erreichen kann. 2. nur dank früh genug angefertigter screenshoots waren Adresse der Wohnung und Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer/ Vermittler gesichert - später waren die im Internet-Auftritt nicht mehr auffindbar - ebensowenig wie Bilder vom Objekt. a) den Hinweis auf die Einfach-Verglasung der Fenster haben wir erst "zu schätzen" gewußt, als die Straßen-verkehrs-Geräusche vom Brenderweg auch nächtens noch in die Wohnung drangen - Querlüften sowieso aus-geschlossen! b) Dass die Wohnung eine solche "mit Garten" sei - diese Beschreibung ist unfassbar! - ein paar gammelige Garten-Möbel in hüfthohem Unkraut!!! c) das alles wurde aber getoppt durch den Gang in's und durch's Treppenhaus - dick zugestaubt und mit Abbruch-Resten vom Umbau im EG versehen! - das alles trug man in die Wohnung (und im Umbau tat sich NICHTS!) d) die Wohnung selbst - na ja, das wäre wohl gegangen - der Zugang zum Balkon und dieser selber wohl aus den 50iger/60iger Jahren .... ABER glücklicher Weise riss am 3. Tag der Rolladen-Gurt in der Küche und war während unseres Urlaubs nicht reparabel! Der sehr (!!!) hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Apartement-Center bot uns in diesem (Parallel-Straße) das Penthouse als Ersatz! Dort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt - sauber, in ruhiger Wohnlage und sogar mit einem modernen Smart-TV ver-sehen! Kleinigkeiten bei Reparatur-Bedarfen - aber wir waren froh über restlichen schönen Urlaub in Koblenz!!!

Die Wohnung liegt nur ca 5 Minuten von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Alle 15 Minuten kommt ein Bus und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Nur die Fenstern sind in einem nich so guten Zustand ( Lärm von der Straße und Winddurchlässig). Noch ein Tipp An de Vermieter. Beim duschen steht das halbe Bad unter Wasser und es ist dadurch sehr rutschig. Ein Duschvorhang oder -matte wären gut.

Objekt wie beschrieben, gute Verkehrsanbindung(Bus), vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Schlicht aber ok.

Koblenz sehr ortsnah an der Mosel gelegen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend und offenbar frisch renoviert. Der Balkon war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Das Treppenhaus war ungepflegt. Die Wohnung war ortsnah. Im großen und ganzen war es ok.
