This Front row, remodeled,South facing ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge townhome backs up directly to the 4 O'Clock ski run! Just walk out the door and you will be on the ski run. Ski down to the Snowflake lift. There are 5 Peaks to ski. Peaks 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. At the end of the day, you can ski right back to the home via the 4 O'Clock Run.This property is the best location and is spacious and family friendly. The new kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless stainless steel appliances!

This type of Ski-in/out property is RARE in Breckenridge, as you can actually Ski out your back door onto the 4 O'clock Run, to the Snowflake lift and return at the end of the day to enjoy the private hot tub, sit by the fireplace, or make snow angels outside!

This 2672 square foot, amazing home has updated furnishings throughout. Beautiful lighting as well as new carpet and paint. This home is on 3 levels and sleeps 9 people. 4 desks/work stations for those that want to sneak in some remote working and/or learning while on vacation.

The upstairs features a Master Suite with king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with glass shower.There is an additional bedroom with queen bed, as well as a loft office area with high speed Internet/WIFI access. The main level features a sunny and bright Great room with fireplace,TV, DVD, and a built-in surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes bar seating for 4. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8. Additionally, the large, sunny deck has an unobstructed view of Mt. Baldy and provides al fresco dining for 6 in the warmer months.

The lower level features a cozy den with big screen TV, DVD and a sofa sleeper. The 'Bear Bunk Room' provides sleeping for 3 (with trundle) as well as en suite bathroom. The final bedroom features a Captain bed with full en suite bathroom. Outside private hot tub, as well as washer and dryer are also on this level.

This home is great for 2 families with plenty of space for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy!
