Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Renters will be given a digital key/passcode to enter the property. Renters will be responsible for damaged or stolen property of their guests. Be wise!
Do not flush solid waste/food particles down the kitchen drain. This may cause clogging/backup. Dispose of waste in the garbage can. Additional trash bags and kitchen supplies are in the kitchen area.
Used bedding/towels can be gathered in the downstairs laundry area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not do anything get will get you arrested. Please do enjoy yourselves as responsible adults.
No smoking indoors, especially tobacco products. Outdoors in the backyard may be suited better for those activities.
