No need to strip beds/do laundry. We do ask that you place all dirty dishes & coffee pot/filter in dishwasher. A courtesy text when you depart and a review on the platform is appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Booking guest must respond that they have read and agree to the house rules in advance. Failure to do so will result in your request being declined.
Children 6 and under are not allowed in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times while in the screen porch area where the hot tub is.
Minimum $500 fine for smoking, pets, or large parties. Booking guest will be responsible for all damages caused by guests regardless of circumstance.
