The Space:

Welcome to your perfect getaway! This modern two-story home offers 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds (1 King and 2 Queen) and en-suite bathrooms in each room for ultimate privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 8. Relax in the large living room with plush sofas or enjoy entertainment on the Smart TVs available in every bedroom and the living area.



The home features high-speed internet, a balcony, and a backyard for outdoor relaxation. Located in a secure complex with 24/7 security, you’ll also have access to a beautiful pool, perfect for cooling off or spending time with loved ones. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.



Guest Access:

You will be given a QR code for access to Playacar and the neighborhood where the property is located. The house has an access code that will be given to you on the day of your check-in. You can check in yourself. There is a parking space available.



The Neighborhood:

Playacar is an exclusive, gated residential community located on the south side of Playa del Carmen, just minutes from the beach and downtown. Known for its quiet, secure, and family-friendly environment, it offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Within and near the community, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, small shops, and grocery stores, making it both convenient and comfortable for short or long stays.



Getting Around:

Playacar offers easy access to downtown Playa del Carmen (5–10 minutes by car or bike), where you’ll find Fifth Avenue, shopping centers, nightlife, and the ADO bus station for trips to Tulum or Cancún. Taxis are readily available, and the main highway is nearby for convenient travel throughout the Riviera Maya. Walking and cycling are also great options within the community.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we provide a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags for the bin, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies locally if needed.

We offer salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be made before 5:00 p.m.



For added convenience, linens and towels can be replaced for an additional fee (the same applies to a full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services, subject to staff availability.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.

Parking is subject to availability and is very limited in size.



Travel crib available - Advance request required

We offer travel cribs for $15 USD per stay, which include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making the request. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



For rentals of 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. A meter will be taken at check-in and another at check-out to calculate consumption during your stay. The amount due will then be calculated using the CFE app. For rentals of less than 28 days, 15 kWh per day are included. Any excess will be charged at MXN 4 per kWh.



For reservations longer than 7 days, a mandatory change of linens and towels is required every week at an additional cost.
