For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. From Easter/April 1 to October 31, enjoy swimming in the oceanside outdoor pool. Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.
