Die Ferienwohnung am Himmelberg in Thalfang ist der ideale Standort für einen Urlaub im Hunsrück/Mosel-Gebiet.
Zentral zwischen Trier/Cochem und Idar-Oberstein erreicht mal alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele im Gebiet.
Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit der "Vermietern" ist absolut unkompliziert.

Le seul point négatif c'est que nous ne savions pas que les deux chambres du dessous ne communiquaient avec le rez-de-chaussée que par l'extérieur
Mais après déplacement de chaises pour pouvoir tous manger à la même table(7), ce fut PARFAIT. Lave- vaisselle très efficace. Vaisselle en suffisance. Promenades variées a proximité.
Il vaut mieux arriver avant19 h pour achats avant 20 h

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stühle in der Küche waren sehr instabil. Die Matratzen sehr weich/durchgelegen. Küchengeräte und Ausstattung gut. Alles da was gebraucht wird. TK- Fach im Kühlschrank. Mikrowelle, gut funktionierender Backherd/ofen. Bäder voll funktionsfähig.

wir hatten das ganze Haus gemietet, die Wohnungen unten nur als Schlafplatz genutzt und im 1. Stock (Küche für 8 Personen, Wohnzimmer und Balkon) gelebt. + Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das obere Stockwerk aber sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet +Vom Balkon schaut man in den direkt am Haus angrenzenden Tannenwald und hat einen wunderschönen Fernblick + Auf dem Balkon steht ein guter Grill zur Verfügung + sehr ruhige Lage - ausser Vogelgezwitscher + schönes Wandergebiet

Uns war leider entgangen, dass das Haus aus drei einzelnen Wohnungen mit getrennten Eingängen besteht. Die Kellerwohnungen waren etwas muffig. Die grosse Wohnung ist schön, mit einem schönen Wohnbereicht.

Mit wenig Aufwand deutlich zu verbessern
Äußerlicher Eindruck gut, aber einige wenige Dinge haben den Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst. Unsere Probleme wurden dem Verwalter geschildert und bewirken hoffentlich beim Vermieter positives. (Bsp. Warmwasseraufbereitung, Küchenzeilen der unteren Etage). Wenn da etwas nachgebessert wird, ist das Haus durchaus zu empfehlen.
