Lake McQueeney Dam Repairs: The Guadalupe Blanco River Authority will be making repairs to the Lake McQueeney Dam, which will affect water levels. Local teams have been notified that these repairs could start in the Fall of 2024. No discounts will be given for affected water levels due to this construction.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
