Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Tolle Lage. Zur Dusche geht es durch das dritte Zimmer über den Flur, aber gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Anfang Januar 2024 waren wir zu Besuch in der großen Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen. Wir sind am späten Nachmittag per ICE eingetroffen und wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und modern, die Wohnung war sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut und per S-Bahn ist der Hauptbahnhof in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, von denen zwei direkt Nebeneinander und das dritte mit eigenem Bad und vom Flur getrennt im Séparée Zimmer liegt. Gäste-WLAN ist überall zu empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sauber, gemütlich, zentral

Im hinterhof des Hauses befindet sich die Glaserei des Vermieters. Im Haus selber sind 3 Ferienwohnungen. Wir bezogen zu fünft die größte davon. Die Räume waren alle sehr sauber, es roch nicht nach kalten Rauch, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch und die Betten super bequem. Es gab ein extra Zimmer, welches man über das saubere Treppenhaus erreicht mit Badezimmer. Theoretisch das Elternzimmer, aber mit 3 kleinen Kindern unter 10 Jahren, wurde es nicht benutzt von uns. Man merkte sofort, dass Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist udn darauf sehr geachtet wird. Spiele und Bücher für Kinder sollte man allerdings mit nehmen, da wenig vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Nähe von Bus und Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Fahrrad 5 min bis zur Elbe. Ein Traum für jeden Fahrradfahrer*in! Abreise bis 10 Uhr war auch total ok und wir kommen 2023 definitic wieder! Preis-Leistung einfach Topp!

3 Schlafräume mit Doppelbetten, genügend Platz für Alle, auch in der Küche. 1 Schlafzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer, Dusche für Alle ist auch nur über das eine DZ zu erreichen. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu 4, sind positiv überrascht wurden, sehr geräumige Wohnung, mit separater Toilette, das Bad hat 2 Waschbecken, in der Küche ist auch alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Unsere angemietete Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, optimal eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Alles an Einrichtung war funktionsfähig und von sehr guter Qualität! Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gibt gute Infos! Am Standort gibt es alle notwendigen Geschäfte in nächster Umgebung. Ein klitzekleines Manko muss aber erwähnt werden: Die Fewo ist ein wenig vom oberen Geschoss hellhörig: ein wenig hört man die Personen oben durch den Raum gehen! Alles in Allem: PERFEKT! Wir sagen: VIELEN DANK für die schönen Tage!
