The apartment building features a total of 45 comfortably furnished units with 2–4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, at least one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or terrace. Living areas range from 47 square metres to 89 square metres. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. From the on-site underground car park, which also includes a bicycle storage room, you can easily reach the individual floors of the building via the passenger lift. A shared washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the building’s basement. The Likedeeler apartment complex is located just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, with its spa park and pier. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. Active guests can easily reach the nearby coastal protection forest, which features outdoor fitness equipment and a barefoot trail.

The 2-room holiday apartment “Likedeeler 18” with a balcony has a living area of 49 square metres and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. For entertainment, you can use the TV, VCR, and stereo system; free Wi-Fi is also available. The comfortably furnished living/dining area features a pull-out sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, providing two additional sleeping spots. Additional seating and a dining table are also provided. The open-concept kitchen, integrated into the living area, allows you to prepare your own meals with: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. You can enjoy your meals comfortably at the dining table, or during the summer months on the seasonally furnished, west-facing balcony. In the separate, cosy bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The apartment features a modernised shower room with a sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer, toilet, and free use of the washing machine. An iron is also available in the apartment. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a cot, and a handcart.
A washing machine and dryer are available to all guests in the basement for a fee. You can park your vehicle in the building’s underground garage in a designated parking space. An lift takes you to the apartment floors.
