Although we loved the property, we cannot give a 5-Star rating due to a few resolvable issues. We would like the host to know what could be improved so that we would provide a 5-Star rating from us. Kitchen: missing coffee cups or mugs, cutting board, colander, cooking spray for pans, dishwasher detergent, drying rack for hand-washed items and extra garbage bags (we were there 4 nights and only 1 bag was provided). Laundry: the washing machine does not work properly and makes an extremely loud metallic grinding sound numerous times during a wash cycle.
