Upon entry, you'll be greeted by recent updates that elevate the aesthetics and functionality of this inviting space. New waterproof wood flooring and area rugs in bedrooms, living, and loft areas exude a fresh and modern ambiance.

The open, family-inspired kitchen boasts new appliances, cabinets, countertops, and a spacious gathering island, with built in trash receptacles. Equipped with modern conveniences like a dishwasher, range/stove & microwave, electrical appliances include: Nutribullet, and mixer, 4-slice toaster, and a Keurig for individual or full pot coffee. Our kitchen is also stocked with spices, new cookware, knife set, coffee mugs, glassware, and wine glasses, 12-person flatware & cooking utensils.
The comfy living room, provides a great space to gather. Updates include new lighting and a 58” TCL Smart TV mounted on the wall. High-speed internet from Spectrum ensures seamless connectivity. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds convenience for extra guests. Additionally, there is a full-size bathroom on the main floor with plenty of storage for all sharing this space (baskets for toiletries etc.), hairdryer and space heater (for a chilly summer night).
The lower-level features two large bedrooms with king-sized beds, complete with bed/mattress warmers for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a 58” TCL Smart TV, while the guest room has a 50” LG Smart TV, both wall mounted. The second large full bathroom on the lower-level, has two sinks, shower/tub combo, vanity mirror, hairdryer, & space heater. Laundry and jacuzzi access is from the lower level as well.
The loft adds a playful touch with bunk beds, a twin bed with a twin trundle, a Foosball table, mini-pool table, and a 50” Smart TV for entertainment. Or simply enjoy some old-fashioned fun with board games and cards.
