Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kitchen & Food Please wash all dishes (no dishwasher) and leave them in the rack to dry. Empty the refrigerator and pantry. Unopened, non-perishable items may be left behind.
Linens,Trash & Pool Key Place all used towels and linens by the washer. Trash may be left outside the door only between 10–11 AM day of checkout Please leave the pool key in the basket on the counter.
Final Walk-Through Before checkout at 11 AM, turn off all lights and TVs and lock the door. Please report any damages. Items left behind will be discarded.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
