Located just a short stroll from both the Gulf of Mexico and the Soundside beach, you’ll have your choice of sun-soaked adventures. After a day of swimming, shelling, or sightseeing, rinse off and head to the pool for a refreshing dip, then kick off your flip flops, grab your favorite drink, and unwind on your covered balcony.
Inside, the open-concept great room features comfy new seating and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the game. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing snacks or full meals, and two poolside grills are available if you’re in the mood to cook your fresh catch outdoors while the kids play.
The king-sized primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV for your private retreat. The second bedroom features a queen bed and easy access to a large hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower—ideal for guests or kids.
This is a non pet friendly home. No smoking is allowed inside or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We spent a little over a week at this property. Booking was easy and we arrived at a clean, very well-appointed, tastefully decorated condo. All of the amenities made it super simple to just unpack & settle in. Only thing we needed was our own groceries. The grounds are well maintained and the quiet location is near so many great restaurants, water activities, and beautiful beaches. Totally recommend!!

Outstanding!

A last minute decision for a vacation turned into a memorable one. Very private condo with all amenities needed. Short walk to the beach and balcony overlooked the pool. Will definitely be back to this hidden gem.

Very good. INternet connection was poor at times.

Very nice condo. Looks just like the pictures. The beach is beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Appreciated the washer and dryer and dishwasher. The condo setting is very clean and nice.

Comfortable unit in a wonderful complex.

Plenty of space, well supplied kitchen and very clean. The pool was very accessible, grounds are well monitored and well kept. One night had an issue with the air conditioning not functioning but owners responded quickly and unit was serviced within hours of our call. Walkable to public beach on the gulf and the sound.

fairly basic property, enough to lay your head down for the night but I think a hotel type experience offers more amenities / living supplies and flexibility that is more in line to what is needed for this type of stay.

Relaxing beach getaway

Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach and really convenient to the community pool. Clean and cozy bedroom areas and nice living/dining areas. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is we could have used a few more kitchen items - serving dishes, knives, large cutting board - so don’t expect you can do a lot of meal prep. Also, due to covid, we had to purchase our own bed pillows at Walmart, which we were not required to do at our other Vrbo condo in Pensacola. So be aware that this may also be required for your trip. Other than that, a great overall stay!

Disappointed in Sunset Haven condo rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an easy check in with Blue Making on rentals via text. When we entered our rental the first thing we noticed was a very musty smell and my grandchild said this place smells like an old persons house. It seemed very clean and decorated for beach looks living. We had all the towels and items we needed for a short stay. However the door lock to the master bedroom had been damaged as if someone had forced the lock op n. We took pictures to send in if needed. The sliding doors to the porch also did not always lock me up and were difficult to lock. I determined the musty odor came from the very old shag carpet that needed to be replaced. Th biggest disappointment was that the air conditioning quit working on our last nights stay and at 83 degrees no one got a good nights rest. We had the temperature set at 72 and there was a note on the refrigerator that said not to set the temperature below 70 as the air conditioner might freeze. Will it did at 72. Will never recommend this condo to anyone. The rental company said they would notify the owner and I’m sure they did but was hoping for a partial refund on the last night but I have not had any further communication with anyone.

Quite disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of inside the condo. There was a musty/moldy smell and there was soda spilled and salt/sand all over the counters, dirty dishes in the cabinet and a dirty bathroom. The towels were clean and folded and the beds made so I know the cleaning company was there but must have rushed through as I had to clean and wipe everything down when we first got there. We were told to start the dishwasher before checkout but I had to request dishwasher soap. The contact person said it was given but we were unable to find any. We were also disappointed that basics such as soap and a sponge were not provided in the rental (although my sister had another condo in the complex and she was given them). The door to the porch was very difficult to lock which posed a safety risk.The condo was advertised as "modern" but actually quite dated. For the amount paid and all additional fees, we expected a little more. We paid $250/night x5 nights but they added on $708!! in extra fees and charges. Also, the $1000 refundable security deposit took 2.5 weeks after checking out and 2 requests by email to be finally refunded. Overall the beds were comfortable and location was nice, the decorations were cute and the condo itself was fine but Very disappointed in the management and rental process.

Last minute decision for Labor Day visit

Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation in July was the week the tropical depression came through Navarre we decided we needed more beach time with sunshine! We waited to make sure the weather would be good so rentals were limited due to it being Labor Day weekend. Overall it was a fabulous weekend full of sun and fun. Sunset Haven was ok for a weekend stay..the condo is exactly as pictured and clean with easy access..parking was never a problem with no assigned spot to park and we always had a spot right in front of the condo..for the price I feel that the condo needs to be updated. Also, the sleeper sofa was broken when we folded it out the first night..we placed a call the next morning because it was late and a maintenance guy came promptly but was unable to fix it apparently because it was still broken when we folded it to use again..since only one person was using the fold out couch we just decided to deal with it..also the mattress needs to be replaced. I feel that if you are making a $1000 deposit that ALL things should be checked out prior to each guest..the sleeper was obviously broken because it would not stay up on the end closest to the couch. I alsodo not like to be limited on not moving the thermostat to lower than 72 in fear on the air conditioning unit possibly freezing up as stated as posted on the refrigerator. Overall we had a great time, unit was clean and easy to get in and out of. I feel that the deposit should be lowered because as states on first info I received after booking it would take about 2 weeks to refund. After calling to check on refund of deposit I was told they were short handed and that was part of the delay due to a busy should not take that long to refund a deposit it is not that hard to do.

Great location if you can roll with the punches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the condo's proximity to the beach. The layout of the condo was great for two friends having a girls' weekend. We had plenty of space, and we liked that the owners provided movies and TV. It was easy to cook meals there. The place was tidy and well equipped. The noise from the unit above us was nearly a deal breaker, however. We could hear every footstep, and sometimes the pounding was thunderous. It was hard to sleep. The floors probably need to be redone to fix the problem.
