Located on the upper level, the main villa is a new 1300 sqft sophisticated and stylish island home w/ private pool. Offers a serene and relaxing environment located between quaint West End and vibrant West Bay.

Private & secluded, nestled in a tropical forest less than 3 minute walk to a beautiful sand beach. 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a King bed and private ensuite bathroom. Murphy bed available in the great room. Home sleeps 6. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Two additional private 1 bedroom suites are located on the main level, each with their own private caribbean plunge pools and screened in Lanai.

The suites are available to be rented separately or along with the main villa to accommodate a larger group, and sleep a total of 10 guests.

Located in a very safe and desirable area, the comfortable home is found within a peaceful tropical forest with rolling hills, containing mango, papaya and banana trees.

A 20 minute beach walk in either direction will have you arriving at either West End village or West Bay Beach. Or take a water taxi for $5 which can pick you up at one of the docks located at your beach access.

Take a leisurely walk along the quiet beach or relax in a lounge chair at your beach access. Several excellent restaurants are also located just minutes walking distance from the villa along the beachside.

Close to beaches, swimming, diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Quick access to Clearwater Diving center, disc golf, ziplines, parks that offer monkey and sloth encounters, swimming with dolphins, island cultural tours, local brewery and more.

The main villa located on the upper level accessible by stairs on the left side of the home. Self check-in by use of electronic door lock keycode will provide you with access.

The villa includes a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and is well appointed with a gas range, large 10 foot island with seating, and all the small appliances required for creating your favourite meals.

The large open vaulted great room has a comfortable sofa set, large 65 inch TV and a beautifully hand crafted bali dining table to enjoy your evening meals. The great room which is flooded with natural light leads out through two large 10 foot glass sliding doors to a vast screened in vaulted lanai. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the ocean through the serene jungle canopy. The lanai contains a large teak table for al fresco dining and comfortable seating area.

From the lanai access an expansive deck, high in the tree tops, connecting to a refreshing private pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers, chairs, and access to a BBQ grill.

Parking for 3 vehicles is available at the front of the home.

Other things to note:
To simplify your transportation to and from our villa. We can arrange round trip airport transportation from the airport with a stop at an American style grocery store at the beginning of your trip, and return transportation from our villa to the airport.
