Excellent communication from Host and easy check-in process. House has been updated and is very nice on the inside - comfortable and nicely furnished/decorated. Kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. My large family enjoyed the restful time we spent here.This was our first time staying in Memphis. The location/neighborhood is not great, however, the house has a security system and exterior cameras for peace of mind.
