Perfect for families, our 3600 sq foot luxury vacation home with some of the best panoramic valley views. Featuring open-concept floor plan stocked kitchen, SleepNumber beds, fireplaces, 2-car garage, private hot tub and a gas grill.
Centrally located between Snowbasin, Powder and Nordic ski resorts, Pineview and Causey reservoirs.

Only 1 hour North of SLC International Airport.
Have an exhilarating ski trip and outdoor excursion or treat yourself to a round of golf at the Wolf Creek Resort, fine dining, watch wildlife with a cup of coffee, or stargaze with a glass of wine from the 180 degree views from the deck or 7 person hot tub.

We’re a Colorado family who loves the mountains and the slower pace that comes with being outdoors. Between skiing, mountain biking, lake days, and exploring with our son, we’ve spent years enjoying everything this area has to offer. We created this home to feel warm, comfortable, and easy for families and groups to gather in after a day of adventure. We genuinely enjoy hosting and want guests to feel relaxed, cared for, and excited to return year after year.

We fell in love with Eden because it offers the perfect balance of mountain adventure and peaceful escape. You’re close to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Pineview Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. We especially love the stunning views, quiet evenings, and how easy it is to enjoy every season here — from ski days in the winter to boating and mountain sunsets in the summer.
