Attractive, art-filled row house in one of Philadelphia’s most popular neighborhoods. East Passyunk noted for its award winning bistros, BYOBs and bakeries, convenient corner stores. Living/dining spaces include grand piano; large open kitchen, tiny patio with dog door. Two bedrooms: one full (with Roku tv) and one twin bed; comfy sofa bed in studio/den holds smart tv, desk, wi/fi printer, Wi-Fi, closet, half bath. Large upstairs full bath holds amenities: Home one block to Septa bus; four blocks to Broad Street subway; IndieGo Bikes every several corners; Walk to restaurants, cafes, Wine & Spirits, CVS, Acme, dog parks, children’s playground. Ten minutes on bus to Center City’s historic district, concert halls, hospitals, On street parking only. Home available by the month July and August, 2026.

Please set out garbage Sunday night and Wednesday night for pickups Monday and Thursday; Recycle is only on Thursday w/trash
There is an exercise bike in the laundry/storage room adjacent to the studio; please put back before leaving if used
Please use the small vacuum and/or Swifter in kitchen and upstairs bathroom; more powerful vacuum on studio carpet
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
