The Space:

Newly listed, updated and designed for both privacy and togetherness, this peaceful retreat offers a simple, relaxed way to enjoy Hayden Lake. The spacious deck is a favorite spot to slow down and become mesimerized by the view. Settle into the outdoor seating, warm up by the wood pellet stove, and take in quiet sunsets, falling snow, or a clear night sky filled with stars reflecting off the lake. This place is equally desirable to retreat whether it is summer or winter. Should you have a larger group, consider bringing the entire family and enjoy the additional 4 separate floors above.



Located just across the road from the water with access to a private shared dock, this inviting retreat offers calm lake views that feel especially meaningful in the early mornings and evenings when the area is quiet and still.



The lower level of the home is comfortable, thoughtfully updated, and designed for a relaxing stay. Inside, you’ll find a bright, cheery space with new furnishings and neutral décor that create a calm place to unwind after a day on the lake. The living area features a cozy chaise sofa, perfect for settling in to watch a movie or simply relax.



The home includes a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals during your stay, along with a propane BBQ outside for easy summer grilling. The dining and living areas flow comfortably together, making it easy to spend time with your group.



There are two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a canopy queen bed along with a sleeper sofa, making the space a great fit for couples or small groups looking for a low-key, restful getaway. The bathroom includes double sinks and a convenient step-in shower, offering plenty of space to get ready for the day.



Outside, the newly furnished patio creates an inviting place to gather. A comfortable outdoor sectional is paired with a pellet stove that provides both warmth and ambiance, perfect for snuggling up on cool evenings or making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or relax after a day on the water.



Lake life is just steps away at the dock, perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, or simply sitting and listening to the water. Hayden Lake Marina and Restaurant are 1.5 miles by car or less than a 5 minute walk. Honeysuckle Beach is less than two miles east and downtown Coeur d’Alene is an easy 15-minute drive. For day trips, Silverwood Theme Park is about 15 miles north, Silver Mountain is 35 minutes away, and Schweitzer Mountain Resort is roughly an hour’s drive.



If you’re looking for a quiet place to unplug, enjoy the evening sky, and spend unrushed time together by the lake, this Hayden Lake home offers a calm, comfortable base to do just that.



Guest Access:

Easy and stress-free arrival instructions will be provided 24 hours in advance, including simple instructions for the front door and keyless entry to the side door.



The Neighborhood:

Perched above Hayden Lake, this neighborhood offers a peaceful hillside setting with cooler evenings, tall trees, and a sense of privacy. Homes are spaced along winding roads, creating a quiet retreat that feels removed from busy streets while staying close to lake access and town conveniences. Guests often choose this area for the views and calm atmosphere, then head down to Hayden Lake for swimming, boating, and lakeside dining. Hayden and Coeur d’Alene are within a comfortable drive, making it easy to balance relaxation with outings. This location is well suited for travelers who want scenery, quiet, and a true retreat feel without being far from amenities. The upper portion of the home may be rented during your stay, however the separation of the units still offer maximum privacy. Should both be rented during the same timeframe, the dock is available for both parties to use and be shared.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for this location on Hayden Lake. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, offering privacy and views but no walkable access to services. Guests typically drive to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby towns. Roads are paved and well maintained, though winding and elevated in places, adding to travel time and scenery. Winter conditions may require additional caution. This location is best suited for guests comfortable driving who value views, space, and a peaceful setting over proximity to amenities.

*The homeowners boat will be parked on SE side of Dock and is not for guest use.
